Family Animation We Hope You Enjoy

Changing The Odds was first produced as a movie in 1997. The movie was Written, Produced and Starred by Anthony D. Colby. The film was Directed by Willie E. Simmons, who is no longer with us, but he is still remembered  as a great Director. The Film is a very touching interracial love story that was you might say a little ahead of it's time. Even though the movie dealt with racial issues, it was well received and recognized on the festival circuit. The movie registered 50% on Rotten Tomatoes. And although some might make negative comments about the 50% rating, it simply means 50% liked the movie and 50% were indifferent. It does not show the complete results because there were people that simply elected to not give an opinion one way or another due to the subject matter. The audiences that I personally attended in festivals and private screenings , the film was well received and complemented in a positive way. So here we are 20 years later electing to bring it to a TV Series. Hopefully things have changed . As the creator, producer and executive producer I will see first hand. I would also like to give a special thanks and offer my condolences to both my Director Willie Simmons and Director of Photography, Phil Curry. I had the honor of working with and was personal friends with both of these fine  gentleman for over 20 years. They will both be remembered, loved, honored and missed. I will end for now by saying this, even though the movie had it's challenges during filming and even afterwards to say the least, in my opinion it turned  out to be a good movie with a very important message, a message that certainly needs to be repeated in this day and time. I am looking forward to making the series. I hope to have your support. Thank you and see you soon.
